Return Policy

RETURN POLICY "If you are unsatisfied with any of your products, you may return at your own cost to 9738 Rush st., S EL Monte Ca 91733  . 
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. 
RETURN ITEMS and any damage must be let our customer service know in 10  business days (the day after customer received the package). No credit or refund will be issued on items returned after that permitted time. We kindly ask customers to check for any damages as soon as you receive any shipment and contact us for any concerns. All the return items must be in their original bag together with order copy paper in or outside the return box. if not, Additional 10% restocking fee will apply. WE WON'T REFUND SHIPPING COST. ASAP WE GET THE PACKAGE WE WILL REFUND THE MONEY TO YOU. A request for store credit will be made to fashionGO upon receiving and inspecting package contents.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: Orders are charged but will be updated within an estimated processing time of 2-3business days. (3-7 working days during holidays / busy seasons. Orders are shipped in subcontract packaging without customer approval. Multiple tracking numbers will be provided later after the first shipment. Tracking numbers may take up to 24-72 hours To reflect the first scan. If the item has been sent, no refund or cancellation request will be provided, and the sent package cannot be intercepted or resent.
