WELCOME TO B-TWEEN! Here you can find a collection of the most popular styles the entire Fashion District that DTLA has to offer! All of our clothing are in Juniors' sizing, including our Plus sizes. Please refer to our size chart for more information. We are distributors, NOT manufacturers. New Styles are updated daily. We always ship out your package as soon as possible!
- Any orders placed after 8:00 AM will start processing the next business day- no exceptions. ALL orders require at least 2 business days to process in order to confirm the availability of the items. This applies to any shipping method- UPS ground, USPS, and CARGO (we do not offer consolidating through Fashion Go). Due to previous issues, we do not offer UPS Next Day, 2ND Day Air, and 3RD Day Air. For any special instructions, please use the "customer notes" section before checking out and we will try our best to fulfill your request.
- We offer the COD payment option (Cashier's Check, Money Order), for customers with a good consecutive 6 month history and a minimum of at least 5 orders processed with our company- not based on history with other vendors on Fashion Go. Unfortunately, we do not accept Company Check.
- Due to the high demand of our products, our inventory changes quickly. It is possible for an item to show "IN STOCK" when you place your order, but could be back ordered or out of stock by the time your order starts processing. If an item shows "IN STOCK", it is either in stock in our warehouse, or through our manufacturer. Please remember that we are distributors, NOT manufacturers. If it is in stock through our manufacturer, we will order the style from them, and they will send it to us- we have no control over how long it may take for them to send us the style. As soon as we receive the style, we will fill your order. Any styles with pre-order dates are ESTIMATED DATES given to us by our manufacturers- they may come in earlier or get delayed due to manufacturing issues. It is possible that our manufacturers may stop the production for some styles (even with pre-order dates), so we highly recommend not to pre-sell to your customers. Please note that these dates are given to us by our manufacturers, therefore we have no control over the changes. Please contact our customer service department via phone, email, or Fashion Go message for more accurate details.
- We do not price match. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Shipping is charged with every shipment. We do not ship back orders for free.
- ALL returns are done through e-mail only. Please e-mail us at: firstname.lastname@example.org regarding any returns, damaged merchandise, concerns, proper return authorizations, and problems. In the email, please include your Order Number, Company Name, Style #, quantity, pictures of what you received, and a brief description of the return. Our returns department will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please read our return policy for more information regarding returns.
- ALL cancellations must be made prior to shipping. Once it has left our warehouse, we will no longer be able to cancel. Cancellations must be requested by the customer (unless the merchandise is sold out this does not include back order items). Due to past issues, we are no longer able to cancel orders through the phone.The cancellation request should only be made by e-mail or Fashion Go message- please do not forget to provide your order number. This will be useful for any future references if for some reason a canceled order is accidentally shipped out. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out.
- It is the customer's responsibility to cancel and monitor ANY pending orders or back orders, no matter how old the order is. If an order is not canceled, we are authorized to ship them out. Please read our return policy for more information regarding orders that have not been canceled.
- ANY refused packages and credit card charge backs will allow us to block a company. We are authorized to block any company if there are continuous issues. It is our choice whether or not we would like to grant access to any company.
- Quantities over 5 packs is considered a special order. Special orders may have a longer processing time, and special cuts may take at least 2 weeks. Please contact our Customer Service Department for further information. If a special order cancellation needs to be done, it must be approved by the MANUFACTURER before it can be canceled. Please note that a special order means that we will need get the style specially manufactured for your company.
