A. Overview of Rewards Program (the "Rewards")
This Rewards Program is a Vendor led loyalty program at FashionGo that allows Buyers to earn and redeem rewards points ("Points") on Qualifying Purchase(s)*. Buyer can also earn Vendor Points by activating Rewards Coupons. Earned Points can be redeemed immediately on future Qualifying Purchase. Earned Points can only be redeemed with the same Vendor which the points were earned from.

Return Policy

    This vendor only allows returns on defective items.
This vendor does not allow returns on sale items, closeouts or special orders.
In order to return, a RA# (Return Authorization Number) is required.
In order to request an RA#, the buyer must email the following: invoice number, style number
A restocking fee/penalty of 30% will be charged for unauthorized returns or refused/unaccepted packages.
Packages that have been opened or are not in their original packaging are accepted.
The original shipping and handling cost is not refundable.
A fee is charged for returned checks.
