AFTER PLACING AN ORDER We cannot process your order without Credit Card Authorization Form. Please fill out the form and send us fax at (213) 746-4780 or e-mail us at anzell.inc@gmail.com. SHIPPING PROCESS Generally orders placed before 10AM (PT Time) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10AM(PT Time) are shipped on the next business day.(Shoe orders must be placed before 9AM) Tracking Number is available on the website. Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Orders containing both shoes and other merchandise may be split and shipped seperately as some shoe orders take 2-3 busines days to process. COD/MONEY ORDER CUSTOMER COD/MONEY ORDER customers will FIRST be charged shipping fee plus additional UPS COD handling fee with CREDIT CARD and the rest of the amount can be paid with MONEY ORDER upon receiving the package. There will be automatic return shipping charge to the credit card for returned COD packages. Once the package leaves the possession of ANZELL and is in the possession of the shipping carrier ANZELL has no control over the package and will not be held liable for undelivered or lost packages. We will however assist the customer in attempting to locate the package and file a claim with the shipping company if necessary. Any refunds issued by the shipping company will be paid to the customer. Some of our products may contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We will not issue a refund or store credit for this reason. All sales are not subject to refund. ONLY defective or wrong items are subject to store credit. Please contact us within 10 days of delivery date. We DO NOT accept unauthorized returns.
