How It Works

  • 01 Shop with participating vendors

    Participating vendors will have a Consolidated Shipping icon    on the top right corner of the vendor’s home page and item details page. Select items from 2 or more participating vendors to use Consolidated Shipping to receive all orders in one shipment.

  • 02 Checkout and select ‘Consolidation’ as shipping method

    Click    at checkout to apply Consolidated Shipping to all participating vendors’ orders or choose ‘Consolidation’ with each participating vendor as shipping method.

  • 03 Participating vendors deliver the Consolidated Shipping to FashionGo

    Each participating vendor will deliver the order items to FashionGo within 2 business days from the order Confirm date. FashionGo combines the order packages into one shipment.

  • 04 Pay for shipping

    When the order is ready to ship, shipping fee will be charged to your card. Afterwards, you will receive a payment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • 05 Receive one shipment for all your orders

    Track all your orders with one tracking number provided in the confirmation email or go to Consolidation Order History. You may have more than one tracking numbers depending on the size of your shipment.


  • What happens to my order if payment is declined while paying for Consolidated Shipping?

    If payment is declined while paying for Consolidated Shipping, we will notify you via email or telephone. Go to Consolidation Order History to update or change to a different card for payment.

  • How are Consolidated Shipping costs calculated?

    Shipping costs are determined primarily by weight, box size, and shipping destination but can be impacted by other factors such as seasonal fluctuations, residential or rural delivery address, etc. You may contact the Consolidation department for a general estimate, but the exact shipping cost will be known when your order is packed and ready for shipment.

  • When will my consolidated order ship?

    Consolidated Shipping will ship as soon as all the order packages are received from participating vendors. Usually, it takes about 2-3 business days for vendors to drop off the order packages. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified by email or telephone.

  • Where can I find the tracking number?

    You can locate the tracking number in the confirmation email that was sent to you when your order was shipped OR you can go to My Account > Consolidation Order History to locate your tracking number.

  • I did not receive any confirmation emails. What do I do?

    Please check your Spam folder. To ensure that you are receiving important emails from FashionGo, please add our email address in your address book or move our emails to your inbox. If the email is not in Spam, please contact us right away.

  • Does Consolidation ship internationally?

    Currently, Consolidation only ships within US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. We are currently working to expand to other countries to provide more affordable shipping cost options. Please note that daily weighted shipping rates may vary.

  • I checked out with the incorrect shipping address

    Please send us an email to consolidation@fashiongo.com or call us at 213-745-2667 for a shipping address change request within 24 hours. For requests made after 24 hours, we may or may not be able to fulfill the shipping address change request.

  • I want to return/exchange the items.

    Please refer to each vendor’s Return policy and message the vendor on your FashionGo account. My Account > My Message or Order Detail > Send Message.

  • Are pre-order or backordered items able to ship via Consolidated Shipping?

    Consolidated Shipping is only limited to in-stock items due to the availability of the items may vary.
