AFTER PLACING AN ORDER
We cannot process your order without "Credit Card Authorization Form". Please fill out the form and send us fax at (213) 746-4780 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Orders placed before 10AM (PT Time) are shipped on the same business day. Orders placed after 10AM(PT Time) are shipped on the next business day. Tracking Number is available on the website.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
COD/MONEY ORDER CUSTOMER
All customers must pay by CREDIT CARD on the first time order. We accept COD/MONEY ORDER on the second time order upon customer’s request. COD/MONEY ORDER customers will FIRST be charged shipping fee plus additional $11.00 USD UPS COD handling fee with CREDIT CARD and the rest of the amount can be paid with MONEY ORDER upon receiving the package.
Please indicate your e-mail address on your order note. We request money via PAYPAL when your order is ready to ship. PAYPAL customer will be charged extra 3% transaction fee from the total amount.
ANZELL will not issue refunds for packages that appear to be lost or delivered to the wrong address. Once the package leaves the possession of ANZELL and is in the possession of the shipping carrier ANZELL has no control over the package and will not be held liable for undelivered or lost packages. We will however assist the customer in attempting to locate the package and file a claim with the shipping company if necessary. Any refunds issued by the shipping company will be paid to the customer.
Some of our products may contain lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. We will not issue a refund or store credit for this reason.
All sales are not subject to refund. We ONLY give store credit for defective or wrong items that we sent out and please contact us within 14 days of delivery date. Then an RMA number is given to return any defective or wrong item and our company will be in contact with the customer to issue a return label.
