THIS AGREEMENT GOVERNS YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS FROM FASHIONGO.NET. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. NO OTHER TERMS APPLY. BY SUBMITTING YOUR ORDER YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS

Goal
This policy defines the rights, liabilities, and responsibilities of FashionGo.net and its users for the web services provided by FashionGo.net.

Definition
1. “FashionGo.net  is a cyber mall where the manufacturers can sell their products, such as garments and accessories.
2. “Service  refers to all activities and tangible items provided by FashionGo.net to its users and members.
3. “Cyber Mall  is an internet mart established for product distribution or service exchange using computers and communication equipment.
4. “Users  are members who receive services from FashionGo.net and honor its policies.
5. “Members  are the users of FashionGo.net who have subscribed by providing personal information to FashionGo.net by registering and
    obtaining a member ID.
6. “FashionGo.net Members  are users who joined as a FashionGo.net as a member
7. “Non-members  refers to the users who are NOT members.
8. “Gold Member  is a member who is a manufacturer or wholesaler who has obtained a membership with FashionGo.net.
9. “Silver Member  is a retail member who has obtained a membership with FashionGo.net.

Policy posting and revision
1. FashionGo.net will post the policy, business name, business location, representative name, and phone numbers on its website for users to
    review at all times.
2. FashionGo.net can amend its policies at any time as long as it does not violate any laws or codes.
3. FashionGo.net can modify (correct or amend) the policy for any reasonable cause. If it does, it will post the revised policy, the reason, and the
    effective date on the website for no less than a week before the effective date.
4. Any amendment for items related to products/service purchase should apply to the transactions that occur after the effective date. Any
    transactions that occur before the effective date will be held the original policy. Transactions made before the effective date can be in
    accordance with the new revised policy as long as it is approved from FashionGo.net during the posting period.
5. If members do not agree with the amendment, members can cancel the service and terminate their membership. If members continue to use
    the service after the effective date, it will be considered as the members  consent for the amendment or policy revision.
6. Any rules or regulations not defined in this policy and the interpretation of the policy shall adhere to related ordinances and applicable rules
    of law.

Service Offer
1. FashionGo.net provides the following services:
a. Sales of merchandise.
b. Providing a variety of industry related information.
c. Sales promotion by advertisement and special events.
d. Additional services for other users.
2. FashionGo.net only introduces manufacturers to retailers, so is not responsible for the sale of any merchandise that occur between two parties
    in any transaction.
3. FashionGo.net does not assume any responsibility unless it can be proven that there is willful negligence on the part of FashionGo.net.

Service Interruption
1. FashionGo.net can interrupt the service for the following cases: periodic maintenance of equipment, unexpected breakdown of the system,
    and communication problems.
2. FashionGo.net shall inform the members of any temporary interruptions.
3. FashionGo.net may make reparations for members who can prove any damage due to the interruption of service. FashionGo.net will not be
    responsible, however, for any damages if there is no willful negligence by FashionGo.net for the interruption, or if the interruption is due to
    unforeseen or uncontrollable events by FashionGo.net.

Membership Application
1. There is “paid membership  and “free membership.  Users can be a member after signing the application form along with the user policy
    agreement.
2. FashionGo.net will not accept the membership application in the following cases:
   a. If the applicant has lost membership according to Item 7.3, companies may not rejoin FashionGo.net for a period of at least 3 years. After 3
    years, the company s record will be reviewed by FashionGo.net.
   b. There are false statements, missing information, or incorrect information in the application.
   c. Accepting the membership will cause a marked impediment or harm to FashionGo.net s technology.
3. Membership acceptance is completed only after approval from FashionGo.net.
4. As soon as the application for the membership is approved and notified to the applicant, the member can use all services provided by
    FashionGo.net.
5. If there is any change in the registered member information, the member should inform FashionGo.net of the change immediately.

Membership Withdrawal
1. Members can request a membership withdrawal at anytime and FashionGo.net will immediately respond to the request.
2. FashionGo.net may temporarily restrict service or suspend membership in the following cases:
   a. There is false information in the membership application.
   b. Members do not pay for the merchandise purchased on the FashionGo.net shopping mall or failure to pay member dues.
   c. Unauthorized use of other members' ID/Password or personal information.
   d. The impairment or harm to other members' image and/or interests on FashioGo.net Web site.
   e. Members hindering others in using FashionGo.net or in any way impede the EC (Electronic Commerce) process.
   f. Any posting of lewd and offensive contents on FashionGo.net which include any links to pornographic material.
   g. Members using FashionGo.net to engage in any activity prohibited by law.
   h. The intentional interference in any way with the operations of FashionGo.net.
3. FashionGo.net has the right to restrict services or suspend membership for a member for a pre-determined period, if a member conducts in any
    violations described above in Item 2. If a member conducts any violation more than twice or fails to correct their actions, FashionGo.net can
    terminate their membership.
4. Before terminating a membership, FashionGo.net will give notice of termination to the member and give the member a chance to rectify the
    situation before removal

Ordering
Users of FashionGo.net can order merchandise as follows: (Any orders placed directly from members  sites should follow the individual sites  instructions)
1.Enter name, address, and phone number
2.Select products or service
3.Select payment method
4.Select shipping method


Buying Contract
1. FashionGo.net will approve users  orders except the following cases:
   a. There is false, missing, or incorrect information in the order.
   b. Accepting the order will cause a marked impediment or harm to FashionGo.net technology.
2. FashionGo.net considers the order complete when the order approval arrives at the user s side in the form defined below in Item 11.1.


Payment Method
The payment method for the merchandise purchased on FashionGo.net might be different for each vendor. Please check with the individual vendor for payment instruction and methods before paying for an order.

Order Confirmation/Change/Cancel
1. FashionGo.net will notify the user within two business days to confirm an order.
2. If the user finds any discrepancies in the order confirmation, the user should immediately inform FashionGo.net of any intentions of changing
    or canceling the order.
3. If the user requests for an order change or cancellation before shipment, FashionGo.net will process the request accordingly.

Shipping
If the user orders merchandise from an affiliated vendor, the vendor will specify the shipping method, shipping costs, and shipping time. If any loss results from delayed shipping caused by the affiliated vendor, the vendor will be held responsible for the loss.

Contract Cancellation

1. Users that purchase merchandise through FashionGo.net can cancel a buying contract within 7 days from the original merchandise receipt
    date except in the following cases:
   a. The loss or damage of merchandise caused by the customer. Simply removing the wrapping to check the contents does not apply in this
    case.
   b. The noticeable loss of value of merchandise from visible usage or handling.
   c. The noticeable loss of value of merchandise from returns occurring beyond the vendor specified time limits.
   d. Breaking the original seal from merchandise or other evidence of repackaging.
2. If the merchandise received does not match with the advertisement or the contract, the vendor can allow you to cancel the contract.
3. If the user requests a cancellation of contract, the vendor will send a form of a refund within three business days of receiving the returned
    merchandise.

FashionGo.net Responsibility
1. FashionGo.net will make every attempt to supply merchandise and services consistently and securely as mentioned in the policy.
2. FashionGo.net will maintain the security system to protect the members' personal information.
3. FashionGo.net will be responsible for losses resulting from any false or misleading advertising made by FashionGo.net or failure to adhere to
    the guidelines of its posted policy outlined above in section 3.
4. FashionGo.net will not send E-mail for commercial or marketing purposes to users who have clearly expressed a preference not to receive any
    such notification.

Protecting Personal Information
1. FashionGo.net will only collect from the users a minimal amount of information required to provide full services.
2. FashionGo.net will obtain prior approval from the user whenever it collects personally identifiable information.
3. The personal information submitted to FashionGo.net will not be used in a way unspecified in our policy without prior consent from the user,
    nor will the information be delivered to any third-party companies, including affiliated vendors. FashionGo.net will be responsible for damages
    incurred from any such unauthorized dissemination of user information except the following cases:
   a. The user's mailing/shipping information (name, address, and phone number) needs to be provided to shipping companies for order
    processing.
   b. For uses in statistical polls and market research, the user information without personally identifiable data may be provided.
4. If FashionGo.net needs to get an approval from users as in Item 2 & 3, it will clearly disclose the following:
   1) The purpose of information collection,
   2) Information on the person(s) responsible for the data management (department, name, phone number),
   3) The intended usage of the information
   4) The intended recipient of the information.
    The users can withdraw the approval at anytime.
5. Users can request a look-up or correction of the personal information from FashionGo.net, and we shall immediately respond accordingly. If the
    user requests a correction of the information, FashionGo.net will not use the information until all updates are completed.
6. FashionGo.net will limit the number of personnel who manage user data to protect the users' confidential information. FashionGo.net will
    compensate, after thorough investigation, any user suffering losses from identity theft as a result of negligent management of the user
    information.

7. FashionGo.net will remove the user information once the third party company accomplishes the intended purpose of the information.

Member ID & Password
1. Members are responsible for managing their own ID and password except for the cases outlined in Section 15.
2. Members should never release the ID and password to others.
3. If a member realizes that their ID and password is being used by an unauthorized person, the member should
    immediately notify FashionGo.net and follow their instruction.
4. FashionGo.net is not responsible for any losses by members incurred by failing to follow the above items 1, 2 and 3.

Member Responsibility
Users should not do the following:
a. Submit false information when registering or changing membership information.
b. Change without approval any information posted on FashionGo.net.
c. Post or upload any information which is not approved by FashionGo.net.
d. Infringe upon the copyright of FashionGo.net and other sites.
e. Impair the image or otherwise hinder the business of FashionGo.net and/or other related sites.
f. Post any lewd, violent or pornographic message, image or sound.

Copyright
1. Users shall not infringe upon or violate any copyright or intellectual property of FashionGo.net.
2. Users shall not use any information obtained by accessing FashionGo.net for commercial purposes without the prior consent of FashionGo.net
    in any form including, but not limited to copying, transmitting, publishing, distribution, and broadcasting.

Exemptions
1. FashionGo.net will not be responsible for any interruption of service due to natural calamity, accidents beyond its control, and other causes
    that FashionGo.net can not realistically foresee or control.
2. FashionGo.net will not be responsible for any interruption of service due to problems encountered by the users  system.
3. FashionGo.net will not be responsible for the of users  profitability from our cyber mall or for any loss from using information obtained from our
    website.
4. FashionGo.net does not warrant that the information accessible via this site is accurate, complete or current. FashionGo.net is not responsible
    for any damage incurred by incorrect information.
5. FashionGo.net is not responsible for any damage incurred by the user s negligence to the user himself or to others.


Mailing
1. FashionGo.net will send all site information via the registered e-mail address of the user.
2. FashionGo.net will post public notices on the website (1 week) rather than sending E-mail individually.

Link to sites

1.FashionGo.net can link to other sites using Hyper-Links which can appear in the text, picture or motion graphics.

2. FashionGo.net is not responsible for any transactions from the linked site performed by the user independently.

Advertisement
1. FashionGo.net can link to other sites using hyperlinks which can appear in the text, picture, or motion graphics.
2. FashionGo.net is not responsible for any transactions that occur on linked sites performed by the user independently.

Conflict Resolution
1. In order to enhance exposure and added financial returns, FasionGo.net can include commercial advertisements on our website or send
    advertisements to individual users via E-mail or DM (Direct Mail). We cannot, however, send E-mail or DM to users who have explicitly
    requested not to receive such advertisements.
2. FashionGo.net is not responsible for any loss incurred by the user in participating in the sales promotions advertised in our site.

Lawsuit
1. FashionGo.net s customer service center will receive and collate opinions and complaints from users and will indemnify the users
    of any damages.
2. FashionGo.net processes immediately any complaints or opinions from users, or informs the user on the status of processing if the problem
    cannot be resolved immediately.

Supplementary Provision
1. Any lawsuit between FashionGo.net and the users of EC (Electronic Commerce) shall be filed in the court of jurisdiction.
2 Any lawsuit between FashionGo.net and the users of EC (Electronic Commerce) shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

Supplementary Provision
This policy is effective on January 1, 2003.
