A : All you need to do is register by clicking the link that says Be A Member and by filling out the application. If you do not have seller permit number, please type Fashiongo1234 .
Q 2: I already registered but I still cannot access some vendor stores. Do I have to register again?
A : After submitting your application, each manufacturer you selected in the registration form needs to review your information for verification purposes. This procedure usually takes between 1~2 business days. After verifying the information, each manufacturer grants you access to their online store individually. If in case you have not been granted access buy a particular manufacturer within 3 business days, please use the contact information provided in their storefront to clarify the issue.
Q 3: Why do you verify my information for access?
A : Since FashionGo.net is a wholesale online shopping mall, the verification is necessary to protect our vendors online. Also, the manufacturers need to confirm that the merchandise is purchased for resale only.
Q 4: Can I change my member ID and password?
A : Yes, you can change your ID (email) and password. This can be done by accessing [MY ACCOUNT] and [CHANGE PASSWORD] shown on the top of the screen.
Q 5: How can I reject emails to my account?
A : Click [MY ACCOUNT] and [MEMBER INFO EDIT] then change [E-MAIL RECEIPT] to No. You can change back to Yes anytime you want.
Q 6: Do you share my personal information with other companies?
A : FashionGo.net values our customers ; confidentiality and privacy. Your information will never be shared with other companies.

If you forget your password, enter your company name and ID in [FORGOT PASSWORD] and we will send you by Email the password you have registered with us. Q 12: How can I order
products?
1. Select a product.
Find a product you want using [SEARCH] and
click the name of product.
2. Place the item in the basket.
Make sure that the product you selected
is the correct item and put order quantity
and other options. Click [ADD TO SHOPPING
CART] to order the item seleted.
3.Decide how you want to pay.
Each manufacturer has different
payment options. Choose your selection from
the manufacturer ;s payment options.
4.Enter your correct address.
Double check the information for [BILLING
ADDRESS] and [SHIPPING ADDRESS]. Shipping
may be delayed or cancelled due to incorrect

Q 13: What are the shipping costs?
A : Shipping costs may differ depending on the manufacturer and/or carrier service. For detailed shipping information, refer to each manufacturer ;s respective website.
Q 14: What if I want to change or cancel my order?
A :Any retailers who need refunds or exchanges from the manufacturer should refer to the manufacturer ;s own policy on refunds and exchanges.
Exchange/Return/Refund Not Allowed for the following cases.
-The loss or damage of merchandise due to customer ;s irresponsibility. (Removing wrapping to check the contents does not apply to this case.)
-The notable loss of value of merchandise due to visible use or wear.
-Any returns occurring beyond the manufacturer ;s allowed time period.
-Breaking or otherwise tampering with the original seals from merchandise.
If you need a refund, you must first check with the manufacturer for authorization and then contact us. After FashionGo.net confirms the return with the manufacturer, a refund will be issued to the customer.
Q 15: What if a buyer places an order and refuses the package?
A :If a buyer places an order and refuses the package, the vendor will charge shipping fees to the buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay, the vendor files a Refuse Order Dispute to FashionGo.net. FashionGo.net will then send the buyer an email notification and the email will remind the buyer that shipping charges have not been received . If the buyer does not respond to the email within 7 days, the vendor may file this dispute to FashionGo.net. In this case, all vendors at FashionGo.net will share this information about the nonpaying buyer.
The vendor can close the dispute after the buyer has responded.
- Vendors and sellers need to contact for each other on transactions involving Unpaid Items even if there was a mutual agreement not to complete the transaction. Fashiongo encourages all users to solve problems by themselves directly.
Q 16: When will my credit card information be give to a vendor?
A : Manufacturers have to check the availability of the items you ordered before taking any sort of credit card information. (The item availability checking process normally takes between 12 to 24 hours, depending on the manufacturer). Once all the items in your order have been carefully reviewed by the manufacturer, they will send a confirmation order to you at your registered email address including shipping cost. The manufacturer needs your credit card information at this point. As soon as the manufacturer gets your credit card information, your order will be shipped right away.
